They have a basketball court, swim, and sauna and steam room.The cycle class and bikes are nice and even have the rpm and power display to let you know but mine was not working right. But the sales and management team are not great and have no desire to help out, and some of the front desk staff are uninformed.
This is a Super Sport location, so it is more expensive than your average Sport locations. Apparently, I was a able to use the nearby super sport but not here.Not to take away from the review of this club but it is ridiculous how a club has a sport and super sport with the only main difference is that super sport provides a towel to borrow.So the place is new. This upset me very much because we don't go and look to be discourteous to anyone. I love that they have virtual classes as well and can't wait to try one out. However the manager calls the next day threatening to only revoke my membership and the next day they draft my account. 24 Hour Fitness has gyms throughout euless. I tried reaching out to the GM but unfortunately they couldn't care less and can't be bothered to do a refund. (our normal routine) We notice it's been getting quite busy on the courts. After coming to this location for about 2 months now my review has changed. For the most part the staff is usually very friendly and a plus in the customer service department. Well well well, a fancy new 24 Hour Fitness with brand new working equipment, a full class schedule, and towels. The layout is a long field with machines and free weights in the back. This gym is maintained well, the machines are very rarely out of order, there are always towels available, the folks are friendly, the showers are clean, and they have plenty of free lockers with codes. They told us our option was to drive an extra 20 minutes in multiple directions to the next closest kids club, but that doesn't make sense.They also offered us 10% off our membership, which we denied, and were unable to cancel our membership because the manager wasn't at the location. The associate offered their free day-pass then mid-transaction said that in order to get a free 1-day pass I had to have a local photo ID, I don't live here anymore so my photo ID is not addressed here so I had to cough up an exorbitant $25 fee for the pass with the assurance that when I bought my 1-month pass they would either refund my $25 or include it in the month pass rate. It's cleaner and has so many more great machines. But we are courteous enough to wait until players are done on the court out of respect. Love the basketball court, showers area decent.
I mainly choose a location baded on class and instructors.
Everything is still new and I hope everybody helps keep this place clean.This location does provide towels for you so if you forget yours it's okay. I tried this gym, wasn't feelin' it and decided to cancel my membership after a month. I made sure to ask until what time a manager would be there and I was told that anytime before 9pm would be fine. Instead they are still coming without penalty. Its really really nice. This location has changed my mind about 24 hour fitness. I've been a happy member of this gym for over a year now and I prefer coming to this location even though my membership gets me into all 24 Hour Fitness locations because I feel like I'm getting ripped off when I go to those other dumps. It's totally worth paying a little extra to come here, and by extra I mean $ 5-10 more than, There's also minimal space to do weight training with barbells and, I am going to this location for cardio and. How much more expensive depends on how saavy you are at finding deals. It kind of reminds me of cyclebar.So, I am disappointed not to be able to access this location so I may stick with the other locations for now since I basically will have to pay a new membership just to use this location.
