Two different time powers would enter into conflict at the same time... and they cannot be truly reasoned since they can't correlate at all (it's not like MiH vs TW, in that case both powers can coexist and affect each other - MiH shortens TW's time stop but TW can stop MiH for a brief moment).

BtD is an actual entity that seems to have to actually travel into someone's eye, but you're partially right. I generally favor King Crimson in these kinds of situations, since its ability goes beyond just time and alters fate, but that's pure speculation on my part and I have very little evidence in support of it.
How's your opinion about this matchup? BtD will enter into his eye again. The only one who could defeat DIO was Jotaro, because he could stop time as well. However, i come across a discussion about KC vs KQ and the discussion essentially boils down to how KC would goes against Bites the Dust.
Instead of comparing BtD vs Diavolo while putting Diavolo in the same shoes than Rohan why not comparing also the same case but replacing Jotaro with Diavolo at the end of part 4? Kira can't activate it manually and it doesn't respond to protect Kira at all. So many power comparisons in this series enter in the same problem. That's assuming Diavolo is in the same place. I agree, the conditions are too tailored in favor of Kira in this scenario: Diavolo is looking for Kira yet he doesn't know him. But is that just a visual effect or does it take time for BtD to get into his eye? I don't think the Stand itself can be damaged, and not even Star Platinum was fast enough to hit it before it reached his eye.
