At times the gym is too busy and as if they take on too many members and they cannot handle, l often sat on the side to wait for the use of equipment as there where too many people in the gym. A vast range of classes are on offer very regularly, not to mention the free personal training session, as well as a pool area to wash away a hard day at work before jumpng on the train home. this gym is located in the basement of the radisson hotel building but it has its own separate entrance round the corner - perfectly sited for city office workers to nip in before/after work and just across from central railway stationi'm not a member but did take a trial and found it was not for me due to the claustrophobic atmosphere - it was completely full that day / no room to move around - all the equipment is placed very close together and you don't have any real personal space - suppose this is ideal for the people who join gyms to make friendships ;)there is also a small pool but its in the same area as the gym and therefore not the peaceful oasis I was looking for - very noisy all overhowever it is the ideal way to meet members / make new friends ;). There's only so many tourists having a leisurely dip one can handle in 10 laps.Personally, I wish I had stayed on at the other gym I was a member of, as I used to go there religiously.... Don't be sucked in by their £20/month membership... Its a waste of your time and money - join a proper gym, get a proper induction, get a smile on the way in, get friendly gym-floor staff and actually get fit whilst enjoying it.
