Why are you accepting bookings and taking money for facilities that your are not providing.

This other hotel wasn't quite up to the same standard as the Radisson Blu, but it did have a child friendly pool. Imagine my son's disappointment, not only being stuck with relatives for a few days, but going to a lovely hotel with a swimming pool, that he wasn't allowed in ..we were all gutted!!!!!
