It provided everything that was necessary for a pre-theatre meal.

Excellent theatre with good and comfortable seating. Had the deep blue sea special and might be up there with the worst fish and chips ever. Everything was very clean and it has a totally NEW feeling Also allow and extra hour to check out. everyone were lovely, the room was very clean , quick respond from room service if we needed... Meriton Suites Coward Street, Mascot (formerly Meriton Suites Sydney Airport) is a newly developed luxury hotel positioned only 10 minutes' drive from the domestic airport and 15 minutes' drive from... The table chosen for me was perfect in the back and out of the way. For most of the time she was on her own and working flat out - the bar also serves drinks into the foyer area, especially coffees, so she was making coffees, cocktails and pouring drinks constantly.

I was incredibly lucky to have been selected to perform. We had arrived an hour early so rather than just have a drink in the foyer of the theatre, we popped into Walsh Bay Kitchen.

WoW !!! Well recommended for that pre-show meal. My friend also enjoyed her meal (name escapes me -- had an egg on top) which I will probably have next time. Ordered the 2 x dish pre dinner menu and...all dishes were poor. Is this really necessary? Lovely main meal (barramundi) served up to perfection.Unfortunately the treacle pudding was very dry but the sesame icecream was nice. If the kitchen was enclosed then I wouldn’t have a problem but diners can hear ‘the voice’ out on the pavement.

Food was delicious, atmosphere and service was excellent.

Otherwise they will be screaming.

Previously, we have enjoyed the food but feel let down on this occasion. We’ll be back. This is a trap for Ros Packer Theatre visitors, as it is so convenient, but you are far better go to one of the nearby restaurants. Asked for the Sticky Chinese pork ribs...and they came out cold; we hesitated commenting as we didn't have much spare time before the show but they were so bad that we did ask for a replacement.

Although it is very convenient and the staff are efficient helpful and friendly the food is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Perfect dining solution prior to attending the theatre with tasty choices and friendly and efficient service. My partner and I were celebrating this evening and we were going to the theatre. Will not be coming back and will not be recommending this place for anyone else attending the theatre. There was a buzz of noise but not too noisy. Complete with an impressive wine list, creative house cocktails and a signature sherry/digestives list, Walsh Bay Kitchen bar offers a place where people can meet and enjoy culinary delights, anticipate or reflect upon the shows of the Roslyn Packer Theatre, the Wharf Theatres or simply share in the eclectic sights and sounds of Walsh Bay and the Sydney’s Arts Precinct.

We didn't have a booking but were quickly seated at a bench and ordered drinks...and an impulse snack of karaage chicken. Perfect place to dine for a pre-theatre dinner.

Location was convenient to go to Darling Harbour but Food was limited in variety during breakfast. You'll be seated, served and out of the place before you know it.More, We booked the restaurant online of the morning of the show we were attending and got a great table for two starting at 12:00pm. At one point, two staff members were having what appeared to be a non-work related discussion so my partner asked if there were any tables free and we were blatantly ignored.
