Write your own character instead of twisting an official one into someone who fits your vision of her. Several functions may not work. I always play good and she has never left my party.

Turning Viconia into someone who will sleep with anything isn't believable in any way, shape or form. Keeping Viconia in good parties is way easier than most people think. I just use the "NPCs get angry, but never leave" component from the bg2 tweak pack mod to handle the problem.
But the only way to keep her in the party is to keep reputation from getting too high, which in this game means occasionally doing bad stuff. And if you play the dialouge right she will also be one of the "Always Faithful" companions. I didn't make the mod, but I've always modified a file for it...really should have just done this.
